Actually is more like "welcome to this week", isn't it? I didn't know they went ahead and banned it now, but I confirm that account was up several days after they banned Trump.
I guess that having an account literally calling for the destruction of a country for years, and then banning Trump for saying something that can be interpreted, under a very specific light, as asking for a coup, was too much hypocrisy for even Twitter (as a company) to bear.
I still remember the outrage at Cambridge Analytical (and I was one of the outraged) and all the calls to heavily control, legislate what these platforms can do and even break then up. Now, a lot of those outraged, are praising those same companies and clapping that they have become judge, jury and executioner.
Since I'm not an hypocrite, I maintain my position now: these platforms must stop doing whatever they please. What about you?
