Yeah, seems you and your friends are no longer qualified to make assumptions on which browser people use, amongst other things.

Ours are now a bunch of mumbling, sniffing, think-accented idiots who are no help because they are graduate level, just following scripts with no understanding of how tech works and consequently no ability to diagnose or speculate things to try when the scripted approach fails.
