As you, yourself, said... Race is a social construct. A very negative social construct. We are all humans. That's all that should matter.

After all, MLK wanted a world where people are not judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. We were doing quite well for a long time after MLK was assassinated. Were we perfect in trying to bring about his idea? No, but since his untimely death we had made great strides in making the kind of future that he would've liked to see.

Unfortunately, the way I see it, things are regressing. I have absolutely no doubt that if MLK were to come back to life today, he'd be thoroughly pissed.

You also need to weaken State Rights ... I don't think Americans would tolerate any of the changes needed.

They'd prefer the status quo, even if it means companies have to do things they're not equipt to.

It's not that I don't want the status quo to continue, because as we've seen so many times in the past, that's not working. However, there's a reason why our Founding Fathers intended to have the states have more power than the federal government is because they saw how having a powerful central government running amok could do horrible things. After all, they ran from it in England when they came to form the United States. And not only that but what may be good for South Dakota may not work at all for say... Oh, I don't know, Maine or Iowa.

I almost have to wonder if this is a message from God to tell us humans to straighten up and fly right. God did some seriously bad shit in scripture in the past, He's probably pissed off at humanity for destroying His world like we have with constant pollution, and this is our wake-up call to fix our shit.

You mean SystemD turned Linux in to an Enterprise OS.

And yet, I don't see a problem with that. It turned Linux into a turnkey solution that companies could deploy and use and thus increasing the market share of Linux. Isn't that a good thing? Wasn't it always the plan to kill Microsoft stone dead?

Oh, if only there was a way to write log files in a nice and easily digestible format. Oh wait! There is a way!

Write each entry as a JSON array with pertinent datapoints in separate array keys. Sure, you could have the whole log file be included in something like logObject[rawEntry] but then you'd have other things like logObject[time], logObject[failedProcess], logObject[failureReason], and God knows what other array keys to store important data.
