Yeltsin, had a lot on his plate. Imagine trying to convert a country the size of the U.S.S.R to Democracy, dealing with the states that were ceding from the union and move to a market economy in just a couple of years. There is just no book or experts on how to do something like that, certainly no teleprompter.
I doubt this would have any effect driving during rush hour. However, I know I hate sitting at a red light @ 3 a.m. because some city worker decided that some other direction needs 10 minutes of green light.

New submitter jank1887 writes "Back in 2010, the aid organization Climate Healers gave a number of solar-powered cookstoves to rural Indian villages. The stoves were rejected by the communities, mainly because they were useless when they were wanted most: for the evening meal sometimes after the sun goes down, and for breakfast before the sun has risen. Following this, the group issued a challenge to EngineeringForChange. Details of the challenge include the need to provide 1kW of heat at about 200C for two hours in both early morning and late evening, and the users should be able to cook indoors, while sitting. A number of groups, mainly at U.S. and Indian engineering institutions, accepted the challenge, and developed potential solutions. Now, almost a year later, the ten finalist designs have been selected. The actual papers have been posted to the E4C challenge workspace. The goals of most of the designs are to keep the technology simple, although there are a few exceptions, and many include sand-, oil-, and salt-based concentrated thermal storage. Many reports include some level of discussion on the social and economic considerations, barriers to acceptance and sustainability, and how to overcome initial resistance to adoption."
Republicans may experience it faster but Democrats experience it way longer. Democrat voters don't care how long a politician serves (Byrd), how corrupt (Dodd) or stupid (Frank) they may be. As long as they keep getting re-elected and can keep telling their people at election time, how much of a fight they are putting on for you. They say that they are fighting the good fight, that our country would be going to hell in a hand basket if they weren't there and they will continue to fuck you over with a smile.
Let the slaughtering begin. I'm tired of watching the same news everyday, I for one welcome a little civil war. As long as you guys keep it all on the East coast.
I was going more in the direction of through the Earth. I know a little about ICBM's, I used to help test Peacekeeper's and Minuteman's at Vandenberg AFB.
Pretty bad to put the blame all on one guy when I'm pretty sure they have jobs in the Air Force called CREW CHIEFS. They are the ones ultimately responsible for these things.
How is this any different than being forced to turn over paper financial documents to the court? You put them into a safe, that doesn't mean you don't have to turn them over to be reviewed. They have a compelling reason to believe she has broken laws and that evidence resides on her computer. Quite different than say, a warrant for child neglect. In that instance viewing the computer evidence probably wouldn't make or break their case.
