I can believe there is so much idiocy in this county, its pretty insane.

Its a big lie because it has been used as a way to keep dictators in power. Stalin used it as a way to force farmers into collectives, providing for the government's selfish agenda before they could have share to live off of. It was a way to starve people off to make them desperate so they would be much more likely to give in..

Implementing socialism for certain functions that we absolutely depend on would be a benefit (As we do now in the United States with energy and medicare) if was put into the hands of the people for the people. Once you allow selfish people to consolidate power it always ends up corrupting the system, regardless of what kind of system it is.
You really dont understand what socialism is, you just heard things about it and repeat as if its fact like 90% of the rest of the sheep in this country. Governments are run by people you dont blame the system for its problems you blame the people who are running it, and ultimately the people who put them their in the first place. Which is, unfortunately us. We dont have enough people in the world who want to understand what is happening behind the scenes. And this is why there is so much corruption in the world today. People tend to want to be controlled by others because they dont want to take real responsibility for there life.

That's almost true, but not quite. We have nobody to blame but our selves. Everybody has the ability to create a life free from the bullshit of corporatism. Two things come to mind: 1. Learning to conquer fear by undoing domestication in your own life though self-reflection which creates clarity of mind. 2. handling power responsibly by recognizing the destructive tenancies of self-importance. Once you overcome the enemies these enemies you are able to generate wealth though your own creativity, and you wont sabotage it.

And if people reacted like this more often, you'd even force corporations to do less questionable things. It's not a boycott of a bad company, it's a boycott against a single bad policy to discourage it. If people boycotted companies "selectively" more often, some would use this as an advantage to gain customers over one of their policies, next over the other, and eventually push their competition to do the same

In my view, if a company has a history of supporting polices that are bad for its customers, then by definition it is a bad company. They maybe able to mend there ways in the future and then opinion can change. But until they can show me they are in line with basic human rights there is no quarter to the amount of bad press I will bring to their door step by speaking to my friends and family, writing bad reviews and the like. activism like this done on a small scale does make a difference, its just harder to quantify in the near future and the long term.

Voting in the primaries isnt going to do any good. Our political system is rigged towards special interests. Democrat and repuplican are playing the same game, the only way to get things to change is to change the political system not to allow campaign contributions from corporations and start shifting toward a 3rd party. But nobody is going to do that because they are locked into a state of fear that if either side wins it will just get worse. The first thing you need to remember is that things are always going to get worse before they get better, so it doesnt matter. Dont vote for candidates out of fear, vote your conscience.

Secondley I hate to say it but if you want your country back you have to withdraw your support from this system. That means stop supporting anything but community driven companies
