A huge issue the Board of Trustees of these colleges don't want to discuss is the fact many of them have HUGE amount of endowment money donated by investment funds operated by the government of Persian Gulf countries, especially Saudi Arabia and Qatar. If the Board of Trustees start speaking out against Hamas, there goes all that endowment money in the amount measure in the many billions of US dollars.

I think the university presidents mentioned by Ackman are just flat-out scared because many of the prestigious colleges in the Northeastern USA have accepted HUGE amounts of endowment money from investment firms associated with the governments of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. If these college presidents denounce the actions of Hamas, the colleges could suddenly face a cutoff of endowment money from these Middle Eastern investment firms, not a good look for a college where endowment money can often be _everything_ .

Right now, the technology is still not yet completely mature. Just wait until battery chemistry is available by 2026, which will finally allow battery packs to dramatically shrink in size. Not to mention near universal adoption of SAE J3400 (Tesla NACS) plug for DC charging stations.

That's true in _2023_ . But by _2025_ , everyone would have gravitated towards either SAE J3400 (Tesla NACS) or IEC 62196 Type II connector, which means a lot less hassle in terms of plugging in an EV for fast DC charging. Not to mention the fact battery chemistry and physical design are continually improving, and we could see much smaller EV's with smaller battery packs that can go about 280 to 290 km (291 to 297 miles ) per charge and charge to 100% in under 10 minutes in a few years.

Completely correct. The advantage with cable Internet is that it already uses the infrastructure already in place for many years. And cable Internet already can do gigabit speed downloads so you can stream even ATSC 3.0 standard 4K video very easily.

Starting in 2024, Comcast plans to start rolling out DOSCIS 4.0, which offers even more capacity and the ability to do download and upload speeds that are almost the same. DOCSIS 4.0 would be perfect for online gamers who want fast response during gameplay.

Tesla succeeded because they built up an entire "soup to nuts" infrastructure to support their EV's. And it appears that with Tesla opening up their charging connector to become the SAE J3400 standard, a huge hurdle in public charging for EV's is finally being overcome. It appears that the world will likely coalesce to two charging plug standards, one-phase SAE J3400 and three-phase IEC 62196 Type 2 used in Europe. This standardization plus further improvements in DC charging station design will make commercial charging of EV's vastly more convenient, so hopefully by 2026-2028 we could charge from 0 to 80 percent in under ten minutes using either charger plug design.
