We *should* own all of those things. EULA's are a joke, you should either own it or lease it (or rent it), there should be no middle area.
Also your sig makes no sense whatsoever.

I'm thinking "embedded" actually means "included", like how chrome included flash player instead of using the plugin version.
This is a good thing since updates to flash player happens at the same time as updates to the browser (in the case of IE, it's handled by windows update) and it's easier to update and therefore more likely for critical flash updates to be applied.
Not sure how different "embedded" vs plugin is for security.
If they have a problem with their TOS being violated, then they should take it up with the people that are actually violating it. (Class action lawsuit anyone? Piriform vs All PC users: importing ini files stored in the clear. Yeah that will work.) It looks like this has nothing to do with you.
This feature annoyed them and they figured, what the heck, if you were weak kneed about it then sending you a pansy email would be the easiest solution.
So they *will* get it back. Eventually.

If there's enough snow on the road to cover up the paint, I really hope that drivers don't need a snowflake graphic to know that there is snow on the roads.
Just don't set up a filter. Done!
Or LastPass.
They overlap some.
When your compress air it heats up, increasing the pressure and making it harder to compress more air.
After it's been in the ground for a while it cools back down to ambient temperatures.
Then when you're extracting it the air is expanding which makes it cool down and reduces the pressure, therefore reducing the practical energy you can get out of it.
This is basic stuff you learn in Chemistry I.
Or what if there was an angry mob outside your house, about to rape some guy? If you instead convinced the mob to rape your own daughters, and let the guy go, am I supposed to look at you like a role model?
Good points but I would argue this one.
1. The mob became confused and dispersed and did *not* end up raping his daughters.
2. It's an angry gay mob, they wouldn't have had any interest in women in the first place.
3. Since Lot's family had lived there for years, and they were the nicest people in the city, they obviously would have had many close acquaintances, some of which were likely to be in the mob. Also the daughters were of marrying age and likely had suitors lined up around the block. Both of these groups, friends and suitors, would have been very opposed to raping his daughters.
What is the best way to disperse a mob? Tactic #1 from "101 Best Methods to Disperse Mobs": Divide and confuse. A mob only exists because they all have the same goal. What if suddenly 1/4 of the mob decides they really don't want to do this? Also, offering women in the first place came from left field and confused them. I imagine it went something like this: Mob: "I want gay sex, now!", Lot: "Here have some women...", Mob:"...wait, what?". Not only do they no longer all have the same goal, they're now questioning why they're there in the first place.
Divided? check.
Confused? check.
Mob dispersed.
