While I have nothing against professional bull riders, I must admit I have not been around one when he has been drinking so it might not be my cup of tea.

I am sure he is going to say 13-18 more times before the day is through.
They are bad apples, so it is more of a recall.
The company doesn't pitch it as a "light saber". Reviews of the product compare it to a light saber, but it is not marketed by the company as one. Lucas is complaining because the laser has a hilt like a sword or a light light saber. His argument is fairly weak IMO.
Arlen Specter lost in Pa, Bob Inglis lost in SC, and congressmen in Al and WV lost. Here in Utah our incumbent Senator Bob Bennet didn't even make it to the primaries. While I agree the anti-incumbent wave may not be a strong as the media makes it out to be, you are definitely inaccurate in your statement that only one incumbent lost election in the primaries.
Though the seeds do not contain opium like other types of poppies, if smoked, it still gives a mild sedative buzz. While they are getting rid of asbestos that doesn't cause cancer, California should also get rid of poppies that don't contain opium. Makes just as much sense.
Take my Senator. Please!
Well then, pull your head out of Uranus.
There, it had to be said.
I think the key word is "off-Shore." Granted, since there is a lot of wind off-shore it would have been better to have had one sooner, but there are other wind farms in the US, they are just inland.
I think the implication of this is that the t-shirt will only stop lead bullets.
That would make sense if the fatalities are only the driver, however, if you looked at the data, it includes fatalities of passengers, pedestrians and other drivers. Some of the older drivers survived, but killed other people. Even accounting for age, the ratio of the driver dying and the driver surviving is pretty even.
Companies like HP and ASUS are hardware companies. They think of hardware solutions to problems. Apple straddles the world of software and hardware and think differently (so to speak). Hardware only companies work at a competitive disadvantage when trying develop integrated solutions. They can do it, but it does not play to their strengths.
Well, I have heard that di-hydrogen oxide is pretty dangerous too. Maybe they should ban that as well. Pretty much the same thing.
Actually, I think this suit had to do more with control than artistic integrity. EMI has not treated its artists very well, which is why many have jumped ship (such as REM, Radiohead, The Rolling Stones, et al). This is probably a way for Pink Floyd to stick it to the label. PF has never been overly label friendly anyway.
If this was about artistic integrity only, this suit would have been filed long ago. Singles are not just a 21st century invention. Pink Floyd have had many songs released as singles over the years. I have owned a few 45rmp by singles by Pink Floyd in my day. They have also made several compilation albums over the years with songs from their albums as a way of fulfilling contractual obligations. So this suit was clearly not just about artistic integrity.
Your tirade would carry more weight if the country in question did not set a minimum work age at 16. Basically, the company was breaking the law. Your 18-21 straw man is not applicable in this argument.
It's a naive, domestic operating system without any breeding, but I think you'll be amused by its presumption.
