Until there are then opinions on whether many of his moves are unnatural doesn't amount to a hill of beans. If all he is really doing is having memorised or prepared himself for particular situations and scenarios in a match with pre-prepared moves then this simply isn't cheating and many in the game are going to have to work out what he is doing and adapt.
