In very rare cases does someone need to take any supplements at all. If one pays attention to having a proper diet one can get all the vitamins needed naturally. Part of the whole vitamin craze is how lazy people are. It can take some thought and effort to eat a healthy diet containing all the nutrients a body needs to thrive. It's quite worth doing so though.
So uhm, yeah. Which one is it? Rare cases or almost all cases?
The speed may also have to do with the fact that it's supposed to be random - They have no reason to believe you're some smuggler just because the random selector picked you out. You're most likely just some tourist.
Had the selection been on who looks the most suspicious in the eyes of some middle-manager customs officer, the staff better find some drugs or they will have proven their boss wrong, so it'll take a lot longer to search your bags.

Yeah well, that's what happened here. VLC was put on a site called www.torrentportal.com, and this likely has something to do with it ending up on the list from HBO.
Why? I've read a lot of articles here on slashdot over the past years about the US accusing China for snooping.
Isn't it fair when it's exposed that the US does the same on an even larger scale, for China to mention this hypocrisy?
