The warning might be correct, but the solution is not reasonably possible for most "normal" people.

Or.. anyone, at all. Many of the suggestions on Slashdot about avoiding privacy invasions would only be possible if you were a hermit, living in the basement, and having no contact with society.
The first sentence of that article is "With the Olympics about to get underway"...
Why is such an old article coming up?
You're quite right. lo carb hi fat diet is also what I use, and I have also had success in lowering my weight, and keeping off mild hypertension. It's extremely sad that people think fat is the what is making them unhealthy.
Well, actually people may misuse this in a different way. Cosmetic abortions: aborting because the DNA in your baby seems to indicate it will grow up to be an ugly person.
When you die, and die you shall, nothing you did in this life will have mattered anyways. And, as nothingness, you will not notice the passage of the infinite.
I am still confused at people's grip on life. We are here, we enjoy it. But this, unsavory fear of death, is very odd to me.
I've never understood this line of thinking. Why do you fear death so much? I welcome it, for when I die, nothing will matter anymore and I won't exist.
We both do... and we're both on
What the hell is going on? I hope you're also Canadian, at the least. It would be slightly forgiving.
Well, you might be right, but if you read the Wikipedia article on Bonobos (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonobo) it specifically says they are not monogamous.
Not that Wikipedia is necessarily correct, but still....
The first comment on that amazon link comes from another author (or so it's claimed) of another sex book, and he goes on about how many facts in the book you referenced are wrong, such as:
Elsewhere, he claims bonobos are monogamous (absurd: the first thing anyone learns about bonobos is precisely that they are NOT monogamous), women are the only females who have orgasm (no serious biologist has argued that for decades), that the Ferrari Testarossa refers to [...] (it actually means "red head" in Italian, referring to the engine head that was red).... All these examples are just from the first chapter!
So it seems that perhaps that correlation you read is also very incorrect.
I'm pretty sure she also dropped the case because he openly said he would take a paternity test, and we all knew she was full of shit. He didn't have sex with her. At least, THAT'S WHAT I WANT TO BELIEVE.
I said the price of oil (Brent and WTI), not refined gasoline.
You seem to think I don't know what I'm talking about. You are mistaken.
Uh, no, the US is not the biggest exporter.
Fracking bought time, nothing more. If you require more evidence, look at oil prices. They are still at a very high level. If fracking had somehow magically increased the provable discoveries, there would have been a massive drop in the price.
Well, to all those who miss the days, just wait 5-10 years when oil becomes substantially more expensive and flying is no longer a means of transportation for the "normal" people.
Since we have no alternatives to flight that don't use fuel, and we aren't really investigating anything seriously, it will mean a return to "local is good" mentality, and a lot less air travel.
As an owner of both the iPad 3 (or whatever it's called) and the Google Nexus 7, I have to say the Nexus feels cheap. Function-wise, it's not bad at all, has what you want, but aesthetically it's just not as slick. IMO, they still have a ways to go, as this kind of 'feel' is a big marker in a consumer's eye.
On the other hand, I also own the Galaxy S3, and compared to the iPhone 4S, it actually feels better built. First time I've said that about Galaxy phones, as I also own the S and the S2, and both seemed to be more cheaply made.
Today is a good day for information-gathering. Read someone else's mail file.
