Comment Fiber (Score 1) 136

I just don't understand why they don't lay all new cable as fiber and as funds are made available slowly replace the coax with fiber.

I find it amazing they can keep pushing more frequencies down the same cable. Anyways cable companies are loaded with debt. I found that out when Charter bought Timewarner cable. I don't understand how cable companies are continued to allow to operate with how much debt they have.

LOL!! There is plenty of money laundering without crypto see the roughly 2 Trillion : https://www.msn.com/en-us/mone...

Money Laundering and criminal transactions will happen with or without crypto. Right now many of the world banks are a mess because the currencies are failing. So as some countries are doing, they're forcing their people to use only their worthless fiat currencies because fiat represents debt in many cases.

Crypto typically has a set number you can have. With the USD, the fed can go to the money printer and printer goes Burrrrrrrrr and give you their money for your land which they did not work for. And everyone's bank accounts who are in USD are suddenly worth less.

Point I'm making is the banking sector of the world knows the world Fiat currencies are in trouble. They're all diversifying their assets and trying to get rid of cash for the "Big Reset" that some have been talking about. I believe we may see a shift to a more global currency kind of like what the Euro was supposed to be. If that happens, then whoever is holding onto cash when they announce it will be screwed. The conversion rate from old currency to new will work best for the ultra wealthy while the average person is going to get screwed when this happens.

If you laugh about the big reset Here's some talk on it from the International Monetary Fund: https://www.imf.org/en/News/Ar...

In a nutshell. They don't know if this vaccine even works. So they're saying the US ordered a bunch of vaccine that hasn't been tested at all.

Comment Possible test (Score 1) 185

I've been listening to some stuff on china lately and their concept of war isn't only direct conflict but also all the peripheral things you can do to eliminate your enemy. A good example is a satellite of theirs they blew up a few years ago. Easy news was they took out their own satellite. The real thing was the debris from the satellite cause all kinds of issues with other satellites that would need to fly through that area of space.

So yes I wouldn't put it past China to test dropping something like that off the coast. Next time could be a Nuke or another Bio weapon (Covid-20).

Other things to think about:
Many Main Stream News outlets seem to defend China.
Google and Facebook appear pro China.
Many companies were looking at China as the next big place to sell their toys.
Just feels like a lot of people in the US are unquestionably Pro China while against their own country USA.
