An anonymous reader writes: On last night's Saturday Night Live, tech blogger 'Randall Meeks' demo'd Glass to Weekend Update host Seth Meyers, showing off the hip new gadget's voice and gesture activated interfaces, and a wearer's ability to multitask and engage in outside conversation while interacting online. Suffice to say if you're eating or drinking something, better finish your gulp before you watch this or else the food might end up sprayed over your notebook screen or other browsing device.

It's the usual argument. If you have something to hide, you're probably a bad person.
That "may" be true if the authorities are not abusing their power, or trying to gain more power than the people want them to have.
As soon as you have even a potentially oppressive regime, privacy becomes essential.
