Go read the new policy. In my eyes, theres lots of grey area as it's not detailed enough but that could be me. I mean is there suppose to be any exception to those rules ? nothing is being said about that. Some points in that policy could give right to the police officer in plain clothes by the way that took his camera. Like I said, without any clear scenario right now, its only subjective and nothing is clear. All I know is a "he says, he says" situation. Theres no proof of anything either from Earl Staley or that police officer.

Like I said before, without knowing the full story I could point to section E paragraph 2 which gives the police officer to take that camera legally. But who knows... until both sides tell their story.

This article is too subjective as one must know what is police brutality. Simple thing to say but without the full story and full context, its impossible if there was any police brutality. I'm not saying I defend them as I don't like when cops abuse their power but when I hear all those stories on murders and assaults, I don't know if I want to be soft on someone who I'm about to arrest. Some fight back as others are good comedians to simulate fake pain...We've seen it in media everywhere... just saying.

Even if you grenade that PC to hell and make him sufer, , me...an admin, can have access to his files on his computer. All I need is the network admin access or his own access and I have everything he had since it's stored on the network. All I have to do is access his account and I'll will start to sync all the info and data that is syncable...even cookies if I did that. So dban is useless in a network environment. He just has to delete the files, cookies and other data on his computer so the data on the network will be wiped out in the next even (logoff or next log on usually)

This would be a wet dream for them. it's not because they live in rock caves they know nothing about electronic. I think they prooved that with flying those airplanes. This only mean when they want to do something and they put their minds to it, they can accomplish what they want pretty easily.

Inappropriate actions should not be taken lightly especially about sexual harassment. If it's not done already, create a policy and make it clear to all employees. The company and all it's members are at stake with this. People can lose jobs and business can close down just cause some idiot made a joke or made a move and it went wrong... Then enforce those policies on all employees. This is simple stuff that was made 30 years ago, please don't regress our culture some 50-60 years in the pass. Those things aren't suppose to happen anyway today. Women do everything a man can do and even better in some cases.

Theres some others out there of course but when I heard that news...seems clear they must play a big role in that.
