Comment New genius thing from Lennart! (Score 1) 433

Well, we have enough examples of wonderful pieces of programming art and creativity of Mr. Poettering. I wander if all of RedHat's top-programmers are genius?
Lennart's systemd is broken by design and pain in the ass, his PulseAudio is pain in the ass for each man who works with sound on Linux, his lidaemon is constantly unfinished and semi-working masterpiece...

This guy is just a soul of destruction. He breaks everything he touches.
Hey, RadHat management guys!!! Do you ever read what people think about your programmers?

PS. Yes, I remember that BSD is irrelevant, according to Mr. Poeterring. That's why I'm going to throw away all RedHat's stuff from my computers at home and at work until it's too late and replace it by FreeBSD and OpenBSD. Hope, BSD community is sane enough to keep guys like this one as far as possible.

Well, so called "new generation" is about breaking rules without understanding what those rules for. I can't say they are totally brain-dead but they do not understand "UNIX soul" definitely. Simplicity? No, chaos! Lenart Poettering is very known by his ugly and annoying "PulseAudio" that is in every Linux distribution now. Do we need another his "innovation"? Is there at RedHat some person with a bit of brains to stop him?

Lennart is polluting infrastructure with his shit, that's what he does.

Windows is most popular OS. It's obvious. Who uses it? Hmm, forget this question. Well, Linux is gaining popularity more and more. Even blonds know today something about Linux. Therefore it is being filled with different crap like PulseAudio. BSD is for old-school professionals only. So, dear Lennart Poettering, why you dare speak about BSDs?!! Looking at that shit, you wrote, called libdaemon, pulseaudio and others, I do not think you're old-school professional.

Pulseaudio, b.t.w is the first thing I remove after installation. I's the most annoying piece of crap in any linux dist.

Regarding BSDs. It will never be "popular". It has academic model of development and strong user community. This is like classical music and pop music. Classical music is dying last 100 years.

Comment Why I must pay for your stupidity? (Score 1) 313

Guys, you may say anything defending Microsoft and OEMs on that idiotic practice to sell hardware with crapware. But say me, what I must do if I do need it all really? Why I should pay for stupidity of others?!! It's almost impossible here in Ukraine to get refund from any vendor. And I can not buy good notebook without Windows 7 I'm not going to use at all. Why I should just give 200 bucks to Microsoft for nothing?!!

Everyone with his head on shoulders knows that Microsoft rapes every OEM and forces them to install widooze, not linux. Remember ASUS story with EEE PC? That's simply the dirty way to keep monopoly. Nothing more.

And if you such a stupid oxymoron that needs windooze preinstalled, I'm sure you can not tell the difference if you get KDE4 with linux and OpenOffice instead of widooze!

And yes, they(OEMs) MAY sell windooze software pack separately in separate box with separate price. They already do that by supplying "rescue" disk.

One should be just an stupid brain-dead idiot not be able to put DVD in drive or flash in USB and power up notebook to start fully automatic install of that crapware.

Windows is alive but only by inertia, momentum of market and inertia of people's thinking. 2'nd and

Comment Windows is secure OS for running viruses and bots (Score 1) 528

Yeah, Windows is most secure and reliable environment for viruses, bots, worms and other malware. Windows is the best platform for botnets and the excellent tool for DDoS-ers. Zillions of cracked commercial software allows quick, secure and reliable distribution of trojans. No other platform on the market can't do it better.
