Certain topics do not lend themselves very well to the scientific method.
It's kind of hard to set up 100 universes, say, and run them through a few billion years. You can't do the experiment part.

What does the build process do that doesn't produce the exact same bits every time?

Importing as many criminals as possible, and giving criminals a little slap on the wrist, especially if they are "disadvantaged" and have "root causes", is precisely not the way to do that.

Have we given up on the word "misogynistic" having any meaning whatsoever anymore? If you took the subset of deepfake porn that targets men we wouldn't say it's often misandrist. That word has become used as "something potentially negatively affecting a woman," which isn't what it actually means.
Not to mention that nobody can even define a woman anymore. That might complicate things
