That's the neat part, you don't! Never using biometrics, especially on a mobile device where police can compel you to unlock. Can't with a pin or password.
"You will never get pulled over just to have your documents checked."
You've never been black in the US. I have definitely been pulled over illegally several times. Handled them all well though. A shame that my parents had to have a "how to (not) interact with the police." discussion with me.
"Regardless, your automated document system falls apart the instant you cross state lines"
States already share information. A friend of mine, in early 2000's, got snagged for a lapsed registration from the state of Maryland, in Florida, even though he had fake stickers on his plates saying he was up to date. All of that already exists and has for a loooooong time.
I don't understand why this is causing outrage. They're going to make some money, so what?
You just described Reddit. People were whining about this, and I said, "Just pay for the higher tier." Well that was a mistake. Just the fact that an ad supported tier exists has people foaming at the mouth and talking about pirate ships. Because you can't steal digital things apparently, or something.
Uninsured motorist protection was the first thing that came to mind. There are WAY more of these people than you may think.
More portable than a Switch?
This. I don't understand the outrage. Allow those of us that know how to simply ignore an ad spend less that those that can't.
"YOUTUBE ADS !!!@!!!!!!!111!!!!!1"
Pay then, it's pretty simple. You are not entitled to entertainment. Entertainment costs money, and there are options where you can decide whether you pay, or the advertiser does.
My perfectly working everything happens near instantly pixel 2 disagrees.
I do understand that, but that's not what I am arguing. I'm arguing that per box or per month are the same transaction type, you're paying to get random stuff.
But LEGALLY, how is that different than a monthly sub? You're paying per month of killing bosses, so that's "better" than per access to boss? Looks like that's only a discount.
This is why I postulate they dropped it, this grey area, where do you draw the line?
Wouldn't a monthly sub count in that instance? This is why I am not a lawyer, too much grey.
Personally nothing needs to be done, fools and money are always soon parted, it's just a question of who is the fool.
I have a pixel 2 and see no reason to get rid of it. Everything happens near instant enough still.
Is an MMO boss with random possible loot a "loot box?"
This is more complicated than you may think.
The exception happened, ok.
There are two ways to write error-free programs; only the third one works.
