Usually ordinary people don't argue with doctors that this or that medicine is better but when it comes to computers/electronic devices than this person is usually a "pro" or thinks that he or she knows better than the Tech person.

I agree with You. Linux needed Canonical - someone who brings Linux to the masses. On that Linux can grow because more and more developers consider Linux as a viable OS and they are more willing to develop under it. Before Ubuntu there where tens of Linux distros who fought for the dominance. Now the developers can rely on just on version and don't have to consider all the pain taking problems with diversity.

When did You last used Linux? People don't know that Linux has a better support for hardware than Vista or Win7. On ubuntu I could use my old scanner out of the box (even 2 years ago) but on Vista I had to search the net. I admit that Linux has some problems with some certain hardware but that is the problem of the hardware manufacturers not Linux because they don't let the developers to port their drivers to other OSes than windows.

Flash has semi 3D - I would call it 2.5D. There are also such players like - 3DMLW, 3DVia, Unity3D, VastPark, Wirefusion etc. Isn't really a new thing.

A small/indie game producer can make a decent game with $100K. If the BIG game producer would use 10 times more ($1M) their games should come out 5-10 times better why they use 200 times more money for that task?

VRML is dead language but there is also a newer one - 3DMLW. Its open source and there seems to be active development on a newer version.

An ordinary person can't calculate more than 1-10 moves ahead but that doesn't win the game. Humans feel whats the best in the current position and try avoid bad moves from the past games. But AI-s ordinary don't have past memory and that's why minimizing computation isn't good.

But the government could give out the criminals who the West asks from them. They don't cooperate with other nations. The EU has deadlines for new member states to get some things in order (corruption, law and even the macro economics) why can't a huge country like Russia to do the same. I think also that this is a problem of willingness not the nature and the size of the task.

Small (niche) content producers benefit from file sharing. Because more and more people encounter content that isn't advertised or played in the mass media. When there wasn't no Internet people had rely on the radio/tv/newspapers for bringing them the newest cultural content but now people can find suitable content for them self. Therefor I think that it's fair to share files. Look how much the big corps. earn and how much the musician/actor/director etc earn. The revenues are too large to complain.

How many months can one IT employer work for $30 000? Maybe 7-10 months. The crisis will last at least one Year. How the stimulus can offer 1M jobs?

Would be correct?!? Threading is a messy thing. You have 10 times more testing to do than in a single threaded application. And a multy-threaded application is slower than single threaded one when the CPU is powerful enough to run it in one core.
