One reason that we have such poor healthcare results and that life expectancy has gone down in the U.S. is that too many people cannot afford healthcare. According to the Commonwealth Fund, more that 80 million people from ages 19-64 are either underinsured or uninsured. We need a single-payer healthcare system, also known as Medicare for All, that covers everybody and eliminates out-of-pocket costs. H.R.1976 - Medicare for All Act of 2021 would create such a system.

Medicare for All would allow people to get the medical care they need without having to worry about cost, including mental health care, which would help fight obesity and drug addiction. Yes, Americans would still need healthier lifestyles, but Medicare for All would improve our overall health outcomes even if everything else remained the same.

Facebook doesn't like the competition. They want to make sure that they are the only ones who can spy on Facebook users.

I would like to get rid of DST and move to Standard Time all year round. When we tried getting rid of Standard Time, parents complained about children going to school in the dark. Either way, some people will not be happy. Regardless, I would like to see an end to having two different sets of time during the year.

Sadly, IMO, good UI design has been missing for several years. I hate blended or subtle boundaries that make it hard to see where to enter data, and sometimes even what data field you are entering. I like clear, clean boundaries and borders. I see some websites and think they should be banned from using anything but black and white. I also get annoyed when UI focuses so much on being pretty that it is hard to see the text. We need high contrast!

This will still be confusing for most users. Some devices do not make clear their power requirements, so it can be hard to pick the right charger and cable. I do not consider this a universal standard. As one of my brothers once said, "The great thing about standards is that there are so many of them." Unfortunately, that applies here.
