You can bet that any bill being pushed by Sen. Lindsey Graham has its roots in the deep state. That guy is as bought as they come. He's a closet republican homosexual that has had his desire to stay in the closet used as leverage against US interests for decades. He cares nothing about the country or either party. He just wants to keep the line of questionably aged filipino boys running.

The "alt-right" (that isn't really used anymore the popular term these days would be dissident right or third positionist ) isn't supporting Trump anymore. Trump has largely been a failure from their perspective as he's governed as any liberal politician would have. Possibly with the exception of digging his heels in a bit on Syria and refusing to get entangled but that's about the only positive thing they would point to.

I just don't see many technically adept people that would be taking this position. Typically, the actual super productive folks in a technical field are those that are more likely to lean away from emotion and into narratives that push back against the popular consensus -whatever that might be. They're more data driven. HR types, managers, flaggers of posts, yeah I can see them being more ideologically driven

Media is just an arm of those in power and is owned by the same people that "lobby" politicians. It doesn't even have to be any kind of conspiracy theory. They're interested in maintaining stability and keeping the current system afloat. You'll never see hollywood or media go directly against liberal capitalism. This marching in lock step goes on every day. Everyone I'm sure recalls Sinclar's https://www.youtube.com/watch?... as one of the starker examples.

This was somewhat true in 2016 when people felt Trump likely to follow through on his anti-immigrant policies. People equated the changing demographics to invasion and if you think you're being invaded everything else is small potatoes. While he might up the dog whistling this next election cycle... I'm not convinced that he will have the support he did. He's not followed though on any of his promises.

Trump in office is essentially just a liberal politician. Maybe that is what he always was and his talk about the borders and american industry was just a means to power... who knows.

He altered his position quite a bit especially in this latest primary (complete 180) but I think most of that was due to his staff and the realities of operating within the DNC at the moment. Here for example, he comes off as hardline anti-immigration and pro US worker with a pretty nationalistic fervor https://www.youtube.com/watch?...

If the majority of the people of France did not hold belief's that would be considered hate speech then there would be no need for these laws. These laws exist precisely to keep the people that make up what passes for "society" inline and maintain the power of the current system as it becomes more and more destructive to the people it rules over.
