I am profoundly disappointed. I cannot overstate how betrayed I feel by this company. If you need a minimum to operate, just make a minimum percentage and then let me choose the rest. Couching this in the cowardly BS that they did is unforgivable.

You're proud of your work in activism? That's great. Many mothers are proud of raising their children. Many chefs are proud of their cooking. Their work is no less valid than yours and they don't get honorary degrees. I'll never use a title for anyone.
