Hey! This actually sounds like an interesting movie plot!

Something dystopic with basically two classes. The ruling class is a SinSource that controls an enslaved class that hast to be the SinSink. There is some mysterious almighty entity aka. SinMaster, that monitors Sin in some form of geographic area, and when the Sin level in one area is to high, it is purged without warning in "nuke from orbit" style!

So, the SinSourcers tighlty control the SinSinkers by inquisition style ruling. If something really sinful is done by someone in the SinSourcers, theres always a supply of innocent children from the SinSinkers, that can be rounded up and transprted to the oversinned area!

I'm not from the US so I had to educate myself about what a "prison phone company" is. My main takeaway being: WTF? It's amazing how much of an industry the US correctional facilites are.

Another problem aside a common standard for a "battery bay" and batteries becoming structural parts of the vehicle is the dimensions even a middle size "gas station" would have to have. How many batteries are you storing? how many can you charge in parallel?
