Is not surprising, using ChatGPT today requires very frequent verification. And picking the correct answer before making another question, so it can try to respond with a valid context.

This could improve with a dedicated Large Languge Model (LLM) solely trained on these fiscal/financial environments.

These are different times. If these big buildings go unoccupied for too long they will face competition from smaller regional office buildings.
What better way to convince staff to come to work when the office it's just a 15 minutes drive from where they live.
This idea of big clients with hundreds of employees moving in again is not happening in the short to medium term.
Better start looking for independent professionals to fill the building (i.e. lawyers, dentists, medical specialists)

And banks hate managing real estate, they rather avoid it if they can.

ICE engines have the advantage of more than 100 years of know how and experimentation.
Modern transmissions and combustion engines are riddled with sensors, pumps, solenoids, vacuum tubing, oil degradation, air filtering, etc. etc. etc.
Besides, the engine constant timing monitoring by the ECU to maintain stoichiometric combustion.

I have the subscription and have been using it to migrate a 'legacy' application to Grails 5.
After v5.3.0 the UrlMappings.groovy file has moved from /config to /controllers/[project-name]
But Chat GPT4 said it could work but it is not recommended to do it that way. Despite the suggestion the project would not compile after moving the file to the new location.
So beware that errors crop up and they will waste all the time you might have saved in the beginning.
