Built in NAV, can and should provide more and better features than another device

Liked the GPS in my Chrysler Pacifica when we first purchased it. Just about my favorite feature was that it was located centrally for the driver and could easily be glanced at, through the steering wheel, while driving. It was easy to correlate the road with the displayed map. Sadly the $200 updates, lack of software updates, hokey method of address entry resulted in it's demise.

Love to have a system in the car similar to what my iPhone offers plus:

• Dead reckoning - drive in Boston and you'll know why
• HUD - cuz yup I wanna be a pilot
• Software upgrades
• Voice control

Or until a breach results in death. You know like when it becomes cost effective to put in a new stop light, or change a medical practice/procedure (of course that usually take more than one death).

Many (most?) can accept that things happen but, there are limits. Yet, most can't accept a lack of information and being outright lied to. Air line in general have a very poor public perception of telling the truth about why delays are occurring. Weather and "Acts of God" are one thing, we can check the weather, many can sort out things like "Oh, there's a thunderstorm in Ohio, why is that affecting my flight in Colorado... Oh, my plane in trying to leave Ohio..."

With air lines implementing various cost cutting measure (which rarely seem to improve service or cut out prices) that have meant fewer, fuller flights and less convenience for travelers the system seems wholly unable to deal with interruptions above a certain threshold. In light of all this, I fully understand someone's ire at a lack of transparency from any air line.

Southwest, and others, should (as in be required to) provide details on what went wrong.

It's likely that the cost of redundant hardware pales in comparison to what the device failure cost them..

Well considering how many Facebook profiles are Pub-lick-kah, that would only help so much

Missouri teen, is suing parents for corruption of a minor, child endangerment, emotional distress, and negligence. It seems the teen recently acquired a Facebook account and went creeping on their parents pages. The material found was termed as 'disturbing', 'borderline pornography' and 'disgusting' by the teen. Most the of the outrage centers around the father's posting of meme's with sexual content and nudes.

While that's a stunning piece of data and sadly true, what do you expect? We let parents dictate what their children should be taught, how their children should be taught and by whom they should be taught. We fail to prepare teachers for the classroom, graduate them with little to no classroom experience, put in place programs to support them and then allow those program to be cut or fail. Students come to school tired, hungry, and are often afraid to walk down the halls for fear of being accosted by fellow students. While I am a true fan of the underlying concept of Common Core, it's implementation is lacking in some areas (and no I'm not referring to how they teach math) we're pushing directed instruction all the way down to pre-K where we know it doesn't work and the high-stakes testing that comes along with Common Core has evolved into a nightmare of wasted time and resources.

Because sadly being innocent is not a defense and while you may not automatically lose due to your lack of legal representation, you also won't necessarily win because your innocent. Failure to respond, fully and properly to a lawsuit can lead to a costly loss. As can lack of procedural knowledge, past case law, etc.

This is one of the great inequities in U.S. law, a complainant with sufficient resources can prevail due to the defendants lack of resources. A unending series or motions, court filings, etc. can be financially devastating.

When the wife decided she was done, I manned up and Did The Right Thing(tm). I read a bit about what's involved in tying a woman's tubes and it's pretty much a no brainer. The risks to a woman are simply too high and it's a much more invasive procedure. Plus if my girlfriend gets preggers, it wasn't me.

Recall my doctor telling me there would be residual viable sperm around for sometime after I was snipped. Pretty sure you can't just go flippedy flip on the switchety switch and not make a baby with your baby.

The court documents reads more like the rant of a conspiracy theorist than a structured legal argument. I didn't see even on use of "Whereas".
