It's a trick, get an axe.
It's a trick, get an axe.
Wishful thinking
"If you put it on the Internet, it's not yours anymore." is the one I go by but it applies here too.
Copyright has always been wishful thinking backed exclusively by lawyers and those rich enough to afford them. (More relevant to the above sentence than the article itself)
The idea that it must either be "Team Red" or "Team Blue" is a worldview six times dumber than astrology.
Government isn't the one printing it. Private banks are. Every time they "loan" money they create it out of thin fucking air.
How do you think we have 10 trillion USD in circulation, 90% of which doesn't physically exist?
The last thing we need is even faker money than USD digitally controlled by the same fucking assholes currently devaluting USD by printing it willy nilly.
Musk tried to make a right wing chat bot trained on twitter and a bunch of right wingers were made it was "woke".
No he didn't. You're just so accustomed to left wing circlejerks you think anything that allows right wing opinions is rightwing itself. Go back to reddit and stay there. You'll feel safer from all the true things out there that hurt your feelings.
okay racist.
Another bigoted AI in a sea of bigoted AIs. Nothing of value will be created.
Twitter has broken usage records repeatedly *after* Musk bought it.
It's in much better hands now, and busier than ever.
I'm a registered pacific green, you NPC.
The racist, sexist reddit*.
At least describe it accurately.
You just proved his point.
Woke people are racist, and sexist. And if you disagree with them they'll excommunicate you for heresy. We call it "cancel culture" now, but it's the same thing.
And at reddit, this is an enforced policy of sexism and racism. From reddit a -employee-:
"Our rule1 protects groups that are attacked based on a vulnerability, which doesn't pertain to white people or men as a group." Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/NgOxEg0.pn... The red username indicates an "admin" (employee).
What is rule 1?
"Remember the human. Reddit is a place for creating community and belonging, not for attacking marginalized or vulnerable groups of people. Everyone has a right to use Reddit free of harassment, bullying, and threats of violence. Communities and users that incite violence or that promote hate based on identity or vulnerability will be banned." (https://www.redditinc.com/policies/content-policy)
So in practice, according to one of their employees it's actually:
"Remember the non-white male human. Reddit is a place for creating community and belonging, not for attacking non-white people or women. Everyone except white people and men have a right to use Reddit free of harassment, bullying, and threats of violence. Communities and users that incite violence or that promote hate against non-white people or women will be banned."
And this is absolutely born out in their repeated banning of male-centric subs, while the most toxic community I've ever seen remains, because it's wildly sexist against the correct gender. And there are multiple "fragile white redditor" type subs also, but all other "fragile redditor" subs were instantly banned.
Here's a sample of currently active hate subs:

* https://old.reddit.com/r/Femal...
* https://old.reddit.com/r/AreTh...
There are a bunch of fragile$GROUP subs that redirect to FragileWhiteRedditor or FragileMaleRedditor too, here's a fun example: https://old.reddit.com/r/fragi... The sole post says "Nope. Nice try
That is, it's sexist and racist. Deliberately. Proudly.
Here's a good starting point from Matt Taibbi proving everything you just said wrong: https://taibbi.substack.com/p/...
