There will always be human oversight in the system when weapons are used

I'm guessing that the term "oversight" is pretty malleable. I could imagine that ballistic projectiles like bullets would need to be closely linked to the maneuvering and eventually the oversight will simply be uploading a set of terms of engagement. Either that or overseeing it doing whatever it wants

You have to be careful not to create a private space in which to bully someone though. And it's probably more labor to clean individual stalls than a communal shower.

I think they are afraid - afraid it might be them, afraid it might be a family member afraid they may have to acknowledge that it's not an aberration they can feel superior over and entitled to judge but just another part of being human.

How come it's the house subcommittee's business now but it wasn't before the breach. Either they have oversight and should be actively auditing these companies that hold so much of the public's PII or they have no business swooping in now.

if there is no statutory requirement for them to retain the information then I don't see the problem. If they are required to keep the information then I imagine there will be charges.

Hardly proof of anything, but my experience with working with Europeans is that they tend to be very respectful of people's time and very productive. They produce quality outcomes with little wasted effort and woe betide anyone who tries to contact M. Hulot on his holiday.
