"On Tuesday, ________ was indicted by a grand jury in _______ on four counts of _________. The District Attorney ________ said that the charges related to the heinous activities of ________. "We have a very strong case."

Or more specifically, from google Bard:
"A federal grand jury today indicted Jesus Christ, the founder of Christianity, on charges of inciting the January 6th riots at the US Capitol.

The indictment alleges that Christ mades a series of public statements in the weeks leading up the riots in which he encouraged his followers to "fight like hell" to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. The indictment also alleges that Christ provided financial and logistical support to the rioters.

Christ is following a number of charges, including seditious conspiracy, obstruction of an official proceeding, and aiding and abetting. If convicted he could face up to 20 years in prison.

"This indictment is a historic moment," said ______, _____ at ______. "For the first time in history, a religious figure has been charged with inciting a violent insurrection. This sends a clear message that no one is above the law, not even the Son of God."

blah blah blah

The indictment of Jesus Christ is a significant development in the January 6th investigation. It is a sign that the Department of Justice is committed to holding accountable those who were responsible in the attack on the Capitol. It is also a reminder that even the most powerful people in the world are not above the law.

They are not misunderstanding. They are on the other side of the deal.

When interest rates are low BORROWERS should lock in those rates. LENDERS should avoid doing so.

SVB in this case was lending money to the US Treasury. They locked in low rates which was reckless. *** Part of the regulatory reform had to been to require mark to market for balance sheets. If SVB had been required to mark to market, their balance sheet would have shown deterioration immediately when the Fed started raising rates, and SVB would have been forced to react when there was still time. You bet. In the last 6 weeks I've run into two companies that make network communication software whose programmers apparently don't realize that TCP is not in fact a datagram protocol and that sometimes you need to make multiple socket reads in order to get a complete message.

This is not that simple.
If MSG can not do business with a lawyer from a law firm that happens to be suing them, what do they do when their own law firm happens to also represent another company that is suing them?
Or does MSG only have in house counsel?
Large law firms often have conflicts like this, which they must disclose, but can't completely avoid unless they don't have more than one client.

What if MSG wasn't in the entertainment business, but was in the health care business? Can they refuse to allow the lawyer to enter the hospital for care? to visit an in-patient relative? an in-patient friend?
