Iceland's economy has collapsed, so 1500 businesses have gone bankrupt so aren't paying the fees any more. But Microsoft has told the MCPs: "Our deal was with you, not them. Pay up." Now, i don't know how Microsoft operates in Iceland, but what i know for sure that here in Switzerland, this licensing model is not the default (sounds like Open Value). And in the case of Open Value, if you as a reseller agree to such
