NIN1385 writes: "Rockstar has sent out a blast email allowing people to call into a radio station on the upcoming GTA IV Soundtrack. WKTT Talk Radio is accepting calls right now allowing people to voice their opinion about what is wrong with today's Liberty City and/or America. The number and more info can be found Here.
