Proprietary MP3s

An interesting idea (cheaper than singles, undoubtedly), but unlikely to fly with the MP3 community." Still to expensive. 25 cents? 50 cents? What is a single track of music worth? A buck a track offers no price advantage over physical media- we can still rip our own tracks and have a CD for the same basic cost. Getting closer though.
