Microsoft wants more time

Microsoft is understandably concerned about the broadening of the DOJ's case. Either the trial should be delayed for 6 months to allow Microsoft to prepare (forget some more details) or the new charges should be dropped. The final paragraph of the first article bothers me though: "It is known that the judges there (the court of appeals) (...) support Microsoft.". And I thought judges were supposed to behave impartially... What do you think?
