Stefan Wille writes "In an interview with the german weekly newspaper Computer Zeitung, Richard J. Sullivan of IBM was asked about Linux products:
CZ: Is IBM going to develop for Linux?
RJS: Up until now, we didn't develop for this platform. This should change in the future, as especially for the internet Linux is an important and fast platform. CZ: Which products will be ported to Linux by big blue? RJS: We are going to port the same system software and similar solutions to Linux as for Window NT or the other Unix platforms. We are following our cross platform strategy. The Computer Zeitung web site is at here. "
