Freshmeat Needs a New Home

Scoop wrote in to tell everyone that his server for Freshmeat has been having meltdowns and he is currently seeking a new home. If nobody else can do it, I can host it here to, but I'm sure somebody out there has cycles and bandwidth galore for such a worthy venture.
