Netscape releases draft license

Today, Netscape released a draft version of its development license. From what I understand of it, it's like the GPL in that if you change it, you must make the modifications generally available (but not necessarily on the same medium as the compiled product). An interesting twist is that it also includes a patent license for all the patents applying to the original code.
