Patent Bully: This is a tossup between Amazon.com for pushing around bn.com and the guys in charge of the LZW Algorythm for pushing whoever they can. Also, I'd like to nominate the DVD Control Association for using crypto to limit the number of DVD Hardware vendors. This is not a good application of Crypto.
Domain Bully: To either AOL.com for trying to push around aolsucks.com, or to Etoys.com for their threats (and legal action) to etoy.com.
FUD: Without question, I nominate Bob Metcalf, Credited with the creation of Ethernet, for his article about Linux's "Open Sores." How's that 30 year old technology treating ya, Bob?

The Cluestick award should go to 2600 Magazine [2600.com]. When will they take down the "Free Kevin" crap? Not only did Mitnick ask for a bunch of the delays in his case, HE PLEAD GUILTY. Biggest media punt of the year.(puts on asbestos underwear)
I nominated for everything but Best Dressed... hmm... maybe Pam Anderson and Tommy Lee?
