The PDF accessibility and remediation service is an optional feature of All in One Accessibility®, designed to enhance digital documents for individuals using screen readers, keyboard navigation, and various assistive technologies. This service provides a comprehensive evaluation, remediation, and re-evaluation process to eliminate obstacles found in reports, manuals, brochures, forms, and educational content.
The remediation process addresses key elements such as document tagging, heading hierarchy, reading order, alternative text for images, table structures, form fields, navigation aids, color contrast, language settings, and metadata. Additionally, expert reviews ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2, PDF/UA, as well as relevant ADA, Section 508, AODA, and EAA EN 301 549 standards.
Clients can choose between AI-assisted processing and manual remediation, with support for over 190 languages, bulk document projects, customizable white-label delivery, and detailed accessibility reports. To assist organizations in assessing the quality of remediation, a complimentary sample of up to five pages is offered prior to committing to larger projects.
