    Fantastic Social Networking Software

    Summary: I had tried a few other software packages but this one is by far the best. I had been running Social Networks prior to switching to MooSocial and the difference has been like night and day.

    Positive: Easy to set up, has a lot of easy to install plug-ins and great tech support. It takes very little admin intervention once it's installed and configured.

    Negative: Tech support is based in Vietnam and sometimes takes as long as 24 hours before you can get a response from them due to the time difference. Some of the plug-ins do require a dedicated server in order for them to work.
