    Summary: Awful. Stressful. Waste of money. No support, nothing ever done in real time and you can't even talk to a person on the phone. BEWARE!

    Positive: Design. There literally are no other pros. The site lags forever and you can not even talk to support on the phone.

    Negative: Slow slow slow, lagged. I hated the fact they don't come in for support until 9:30 PM EST so if your site is down and you are in the USA, you're just completely left to hang. My site is down for 15 hours now and they tell me 24-48 hour response time. BEWARE!!!!!

First of all, our source code does not slow down your platform as it can be hosted anywhere. You can host it with any hosting service that meets your needs and budget. It depends on how you scale your platform and optimize your resources. The performance issue may be caused by many reasons, not the source code itself.     A bunch of thieves based out in vietnam pretending they are in the usa beware.

    Summary: Stay away go for other open source of better quality like UNA or social engine or Elgg.

    Positive: Nothing but issues from the beginning... all they do is apologize and tell you to send them the feedback which they queue while charging you for support and never do anything... They have no major update or vision... It's probably one person working on the code....

    Negative: Stay away from this bunch if thieves and crooks unable to fix any issues or lying about everything they do or sell. They have no business acumen and no work ethic, they actually despise their western clients.. And there is nothing you can do but post bad reviews since they are so far away from any kind of liability.

    Very expensive and bad service.

    Summary: Do not make the mistake that we made. It costs you money.

    Positive: It looks nice....but only looks.......... .

    Negative: Two big problems that make this script or platform VERY expensive;
    - support: after you have bought it, you have a few months support. You ask something, it taes several days for the answer, that mostly is not an answer to what you asked. You lose a lot of time and after a few months they stop support, unless you pay further support.
    - customization: if you want to personlaize the script /platform you have no other choice than asking it to the people of phpfox. This can become very expensive. BUT, the biggest problem is the fact that EACH time that they launch an upgrade, you have to ask them again to do that customization and of course, this will not be for free. We bought this platform a few months ago and there have already been 3 upgrades. Money, money money!
