Administrators and users can access extensive documentation and a variety of training videos to help them get up to speed. Monitors both cloud-based and on-premise PBX system. Alarms can be set for more than 70 events in the QX and ecQX systems, including bad quality calls reports. You can save/restore, upload/download QX configurations from QX system to the cloud and your computer. Maintain the latest software versions on QX systems. Verify that QX systems are active. View uptime and registered endspoints. View graphical data on CPU activity and concurrent calls. Remotely access the GUI and endpoints registered on the QX devices and endpoints registered on the QX devices.
