eComp Description
OO-Soft eComp, a cloud-based human resource and compensation management system, has built-in Job Evaluation and optional competencies. It also offers training and performance modules. eComp is cloud-based so there is no need for setup or installation. Once your account has been activated and created, you can get up and running immediately. Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS), which hosts our eComp database, gives it high performance, high availability, security and automated backups. eComp is responsive, which means it can be used on your desktop, tablet, or mobile device. No longer are you tied to your desk. eComp comes standard with a Job Evaluation tied to the NSW Local Government (State Award) Award. The original Job Evaluation model was created back in 1992. It has been updated twice, with the most recent release of Model 20A in 2017. All three models, Models 19, 20, and 20A, are now available in eComp.
