Summary: Very very positive!!!!! I recommended this app to many friends and family and I will continue to do so in the future! I’m not one to leave reviews or do surveys for apps, but Deferit has definitely saved me a lot of headaches.

Positive: Customer service with this app is AMAZING! I had an issue that needed resolved and I emailed Deferit and within an hour I got a response back. The issue was I confusion on my part and the person I talk to was super understanding and helped me right away and explained how to prevent the situation from happening again in the future!

Negative: None!! Every experience that I’ve had since day 1 of using Deferit it has been nothing but spectacular!!!!!

Summary: Overall experience was great I just needed a simple bill paid that I was behind on and setting this up.
To pay it was easy and the payments to pay off the balance were, very reasonable.

Positive: I love that I was able to pay a past due bill , it help me so that my balance could down , it was paid in 24/48 hours and the payments weren’t expensive and unreasonable. Thinking of using it in the future if I ever need assistance and fall too far behind again.

Negative: Maybe if could go a bit higher on the amount of money to borrow.

Summary: Definitely recommend to split up bills! Just give enough time for the bill to be processed. Definitely has made a difference when times were tough.

Positive: Ease of using the app.

Negative: Sometimes can take a while when lots of bills are in queue.

Summary: I have had a wonderful experience.

Positive: This company is great with paying bills in times of need. I use it on a regular basis.

Summary: A great program and have heard nothing but good things about them have met all expectations. I would refer all friends and family to use this app it is magnificent.

Positive: Deferit helps me to pay my bills on time. They only take out what they say to pay back what I owe and I appreciate that. They do a great job and are very reliable.

Negative: No cons thus far they are good on their word. And are reliable.

Summary: I really love Deferit. It has helped me out tremendously. I will continue to use it for paying my bills.

Positive: I love the fact that my bills can get paid and I won't be in a financial bind. Paying Deferit back in small payments work very well for me.

Negative: I don't have anything to add in this section. I am completely satisfied.

Summary: I'm relieved and excited and glad I was able to find some help because since my husband passed away last November of 2021, I'm having to take care of rge bills and its really hard to do when you're disabled.

Positive: It's a life saver! I'm glad there's resources like this to help people. I'm a single mom, and disabled and I'm glad Deferit helped me. I was able to keep my auto insurance.

Negative: I don't have 1 complaint.... it was an easy hassle free process.

Summary: Wonderfully helpful, resourceful App! You won't be disappointed and will only pay a low-cost monthly subscription fee.

Positive: Can have larger bills paid in full by the due date and then make smaller payments back to the app over a period of four weeks, really helps out when a larger bill is due and you may not have the complete payment on that specific date.

Negative: Just recently began making payments in full by way of check payments and no longer provides payments made by phone.

Summary: My overall experience with the Deferit was great, I already recommended the app to several friends.

Positive: I loved the convenience of the app it was very easy to use. I was able to use the app and only had to ask for help nice and used the app in my own. Customer service was speedy.

Negative: I didn’t have any issues with app at all it was very easy to use.

Summary: Very good, I highly recommend, total life saver from me, especially, with the pandemic, inflation, and unemployment.

Positive: You can break up expensive bills in 4 payments at no extra charge. Like ridiculous rip off astronomical phone bills, like AT&T. Can’t wait to dump them, after 40 years of loyal service, they pay you back by jacking up rates during a pandemic. The only corporation who was unwilling to work with the unemployed, Deferit has been a god send.

Negative: Nothing, there’s nothing I don’t like about it. It’s all good, a total life saver!

Summary: Excellent and I am thankful! Like I said earlier I was struggling with an expensive electrical cost and Deferit kept the lights on and hopefully protected my credit as well :)

Positive: I found Deferit totally on accident on social media. I was like "another scam". I checked it out regardless and it totally helped me get leveled out with a very expensive heating and cooling expense in the home that I rent that has very inefficient baseboard heating causing the electrical expense to be way more than "normal" even in the times we live in it is expensive! Thank You Deferit!

Negative: I didn't come across anything that I would consider something not to like.

Summary: I so far have had a great experience with Deferit has helped in many ways. Highly recommended!!!

Positive: I love deferit.com they have helped in many ways keeping sure the electric is on and the phones in service helping with bills. My mother is partially paralyzed from a stroke and I help take care of her it's hard at times since the bills, rent, and everything keeps going up. but I love deferit.com as they have helped keep things running and making payments is such a blessing.

Negative: I don't like how the spending limit does not go up very quickly and based on payment history it seems to take a bit to get increases even with good on time payments etc.

Summary: I have had a fantastic experience with Deferit, I have never had any issues with getting any of my bills submitted or paid.

Positive: I absolutely LOVE Deferit. It has helped me through so many rough patches to get my bills paid on time, over 4 payments. My electric bill has been sky high since I am still catching up from Covid and this has been a lifesaver. I recommend them to everyone I know and I will continue to use their service.

Negative: No cons on my end at all. I have never had any issues submitting or getting my bills paid.

Summary: My overall experience was amazing and I couldn’t have been happier with the app and what it did for my family.

Positive: I liked that I could use this to help with a bill that was too high for me to pay at once. Also I liked how the paying back option was flexible. It helped with a lot of stress!!

Negative: Short time to change the payback date when it was further out.

Summary: I contacted them with issues and even on their closed days, they got back with me and are very fast!

Positive: They are fast and great to work with. Hands down!! I will continue using them as often as I can!!!!!

Negative: There’s nothing I don’t like. I can’t say anything.
