Positive: What really great in airfocus product management tool is that you can easily integrate all your tasks from the other platforms like Trello, Asana, and even CVS. It includes various cool features that make airfocus stand out from its competitors. For example, they have features like ‘the item table with the value vs effort calculation model’ and ’priority poker’, and this is not the end of the list. Also, they constantly add new features and updates.

Negative: I would love to see more tutorials for the new features they add.

Positive: From my experience, airfocus is the best tool to conduct prioritization and build roadmaps very easily. I also like the design of its bubble charts that helped my team to easily check and discuss prioritization roadmaps. It is possible to set your own metrics for each priority rating and customize results.

Negative: The tool is easy to use, but as it is really “featuresque”, you need to spend some time to understand how to use it properly.
