Summary: Set me up with new website and made all changes without any commitments. Software is easy to use. Support guys are great! New company so i think they have to increase 3rd party integrations. Overall im happy for the price I pay.
Positive: Easy to use and good support. The customized the website as i requested and did it within one day.

Summary: I just want a confirmation to cancel our service and make sure we do not get charged for it. If they are treating customers like this, I can't imagine how they would help you if you had any concerns or questions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

I have been trying to cancel our service, which was for less than a day because our team changed our minds on using the service, but now I can not get a reply from our rep Lisa. I sent her an e-mail and a VM and nothing. I also spoke with Nelly who was very nice but told me she would cc me to an e-mail to accounting to straighten things up and make sure we do not get charged, which I did not receive, and I am still getting e-mails from them and now they are contacting Kijiji for our info. I called several other times and the other sales reps didn't know anything and were no help.
