The second negative thing about this platform is regarding its free trial, since it only allows you to insert up to 10 unanswered questions per day, I consider that amount to be extremely limited and insufficient, and it means that users cannot test the platform correctly and access most of its features, I think this free trial should be much broader and provide users with a more complete experience.

    Professional and helpful surveys

    Summary: We have been using Zoho Survey for a while and it’s been working very well collecting all the data that we need to study our clients’ experience with our services and food products.

    I like that Zoho is very customizable and it has allowed me to present many different surveys to our clients that can be completed on any device because Zoho Survey doesn’t altere the survey’s appearance if it’s completed on a mobile device or a desktop device. I use it to not only collect responses from our clients, but it has also helped me collect responses inside our business and know how the employees feel towards the business. As a small business, I think it’s important to keep an eye on all these aspects to ensure a happy environment both with our clients and employees. I think that it has facilitated the way that we collect this information because it integrates easily with our customer management tool and it automatically sends the surveys to everyone on the list. I also like that this software belongs to the Zoho ecosystem, because we are able to access different Zoho tools that can help us study these responses, and I often integrate it with Zoho Analytics and Zoho CRM because it can automatically analyze these surveys deeper to understand things better.

    Positive: Zoho Survey provides a high-quality service and tools to create the most powerful and digestible surveys for our clients. Zoho Survey is the most extensive and powerful tool that is out there to create surveys, because it has many different types of questions available to create my surveys the way I want them to and analyze different areas of customer satisfaction without any limitations.

    This software also has many different templates available to adjust to every industry or department, and I like that it has highly customizable tools that allow for white labeling my surveys and prove that they come from our business, thus ensuring that more clients are encouraged to give their honest responses, and ensuring that we get the most out of our surveys and out of this software. Because of the extensive availability of templates, I can also create the surveys to fit my preferred style that most represents my business and choose the right colors and the right fonts to make the surveys look as visually stunning as possible.

    I like that I can go from creating simple surveys that can be answered in a couple of minutes thanks to Zoho Survey easy builder, or go more in-depth and provide an extensive questionnaire that is filled with many thoughtful questions thanks to the diversity of tools available that there are in this software, such as question branching, which helps me divide the surveys based on different responses and provide the respondents the right questions based on their previous answers, and ensuring a higher diversity of responses that adjust to every customer’s personal experience and perception of our business.

    I can also make the surveys as interactive as possible, because it allows me to embed different types of media that can make the survey feel more intuitive and interactive than the typical text-only survey, creating a higher impression of it. Zoho Survey collects all the responses and provides an easy to use reporting tool that displays different aspects of the survey in simple analytics and insights that are easier to understand and it helps me visualize the results in different charts and graphs, customizing them the way that it is more helpful and export them to different data analyzing applications for more in-depth evaluation.

    Negative: Zoho Survey presents two major aspects that I do not like. The first one is that the user interface is not visually appealing at all, and it becomes very bothersome when creating the surveys because it doesn’t feel like the most intuitive platform visually and it used to be very difficult to find all the tools at the beginning stages of using this software. The second one is that sometimes while creating a survey, it crashed and I had to start all over again because some changes were not saved. This causes a great issue in functionality and I would like to see more improvement done to prevent these types of crashes from happening and risking all editions from being lost, and providing an automatic saving that works well in cases like this so it maintains the functionality of the software and doesn’t make me lose time.

    Summary: We are using Zoho Survey to collect information from the students and also in taking their opinions and feedback on certain decisions. It is also used in taking tests of the students virtually in these tough times when all the educational institutes are closed.

    Positive: Zoho Survey is one of the best applications for creating surveys. It is very easy to use, smooth UI and the process of creating a survey is very easy. It offers a lot of useful built-in templates, and it eases the whole process. Furthermore, it is one of the best ways to collect data to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience and customize the business accordingly. Zoho Survey offers a lot of customization in creating a survey form and showing precise reports once the survey is closed. The survey administrator can change the format of the form even though it is running. The survey can be shared with the people through emails and direct links, which is an excellent feature. Zoho can also be used with other Zoho applications, which is an added advantage for businesses. Data can be exported in a lot of formats as per your convenience, which is great. One of the major advantages of Zoho Survey is that it supports a lot of language for creating surveys.

    Negative: Although it has a lot of customization options but lacks some of the features which are present in other survey applications like Google form and Monkey survey. It does not show any graphical representation of the user responses which is one of the major cons of this application. It doesn't have any option to share surveys directly through WhatsApp and Telegram. Only 10 questions can be added to the survey in its free version. The paid version of Zoho Survey is quite expensive and lacks behind its competitors who offer more value for money applications with more features.
