Negative: Nothing so far in my 2 years of usage. Recommended.

Negative: There is no dedicated desktop app for it, you are totally dependent on the web based version which makes it always online tool and not suitable for offline use.

In addition, and noticing that this platform has an immediate synchronization with all the devices where you are using your account, since I have written some notes from my mobile device and I have been able to view them in real time on my computer, all the changes that are they do in each note, I can see it on this platform immediately, which helps me to transfer information from my mobile device to my computer through text. I am truly impressed with the effectiveness and the overall experience that this platform has given me, as it has consistently helped me to create different notes in a very diverse way, with a much more optimized design than on other platforms.

Positive: Zoho Notebooks is an incredible service to be able to take notes from any device and be able to store them immediately in the cloud, as these greatly favor the sharing of notes. The things I liked the most about this platform were:

1- I really liked that this platform has a great edition of all kinds of notes incorporated, each of the notes that I have created within this platform, I know I was able to modify and customize the general design, I have been able to Modify the background of each one of the rubber notes I have been able to use default funds that this platform offers me but I have also been able to use my own funds, I can upload new funds to the platform to use them in my notes.

2- I also like the shared system that works within this platform, it allows me to share all kinds of notes simultaneously with my work team, as this platform offers me a shared folder, where I can store various notes so that they can be visualized in real time by my work team.

3- I also liked the joint editing and modification system, I have been able to create all kinds of notes on this platform and Add collaborators for each non-Tacoma I can assign collaborators so that they can modify a joint note, this is fantastic since that I can receive help from various people to Add content to various notes, my employees or my work team can edit notes and I can see the changes in real time.

4- I loved the system that allows me to insert images and videos within minutes, since this system allows inserting images from the images that are stored on my device, but I can also use images by placing a direct link in case any image It is hosted on a website. It is quite satisfying to be able to add any type of image without any Limit in the notes, This helps me to create much more complete notes.

5- This platform allows me to modify the privacy and the visualization of each one of the notes that are stored within the shared folder, within that folder I can store all kinds of notes to share them with my work team, however, I can modify the viewing permissions of each note so that they can only be viewed by a specific group of people.

Negative: There is no presence of any type of problem when using this platform, how this platform has allowed me to create a large number of notes and share them directly with my work team, at no time has this platform given me any type of error during editing and creation of 0 point notes loved the fact that this platform has not given me any type of failure during its use within my company, we have been using it for about 2 years and we have not witnessed any type of problem, all our notes They have remained completely secure at the center of this platform, and the transfer of notes to our work teams has never been compromised.
