Interactive Remote Assistance with Augmented Reality. Access a remote user's smartphone camera to see the problems in their equipment, which can include servers and plant machinery. You can view the live camera stream from your remote client's smart glass or smartphone and instruct them directly from your desk. AR annotations allow your customer and you to add virtual information to the live stream. Other annotation tools can be used to draw or write on the screen. To provide remote assistance, you can communicate with your customer via text chat and VoIP. To capture a snapshot from the incoming camera stream, you can either document specific events or analyze an issue further. To explore, analyze, or discuss technical details of a particular situation in greater detail, freeze the incoming camera stream.

    Easy remote connection that is secure.

    Summary: I have been using Zoho Lens to provide real-time remote connections with customers and staff. I have been able to use my phone as well as desktop PC and it has worked great.

    Positive: Help keep remote connections and client stations organized.
    You can ass tasks or projects to staff.
    I am able to easily connect with clients and it is very easy for them to get connected.

    Negative: It can be a bit hard to set up and you may need an IT professional to make sure it's properly set configured and secure.
