Zerolime's system solution allows different systems to work together as one. Although the sales system (CRM), recruitment system, and staffing system are all separate systems, Zerolime's system solution allows them to work together as one unit. Information flows through the systems as an assignment moves from the sales stage to the recruitment or staffing stage. This allows all roles (salespersons, recruiters and consultants managers) to have a system that is tailored to their needs and challenges. Instead of everyone using the same multi-tool that is not very good at any one part of the process, the system is customized for them. Smart integrations make it possible to get real tools that work together with our solution. Zerolime provides systems for staffing and recruitment, while Upsales and LimeTech provide CRM systems. We don't see any reason to create our own CRM system. They do it so well, we think.
