Summary: A product that just keeps getting better and evolving. The support team is awesome and always listens to what we need. Most of the time, I see the changes show up in the system within a few months. It’s been a total game changer for temp staffing, especially for us in the event industry.
Positive: It is really easy to set up and work with. Employees find it very easy to navigate the app.
I use Ubeya not just for my own team but also for ordering staff, and it's a total game changer! I always know the status of my order without having to ask for updates and look for the last email. If I need to make changes, I do it online, and within minutes, I see that the staffing agency has accepted them. It's unheard of!! I can even select the employees I want to work with again! It’s completely changed the way I work with big events. I can't imagine doing it without Ubeya now!Negative: Sometimes new employees have an issue connecting to the company and have to contact support, but usually it works fine.

Summary: The employment landscape is constantly changing and there are more and more people working on the hourly and daily basis everyday instead of going on a fixed payroll. Platforms like Ubeya are making these major transitions possible and will have a great role to play in the future.
Positive: - Ubeya has a ton of well thought out and well designed features helping organizations manage all those gig workers for short periods of time. It has everything from time tracking and payroll calculation to communication channels that help you stay in touch with the workers.
Negative: Most gig workers are not tech savvy enough to quickly adapt to this kind of technology, this is not particularly a con about Ubeya but I guess they could put more effort into making the transition easier for average workers.
