Summary: Overall I like this TT application. It's very easy to use and straight forward. Multiple teams in my company can collaborate on issues and tasks without too much confusion.
Positive: This TT System is very easy to use across multiple departments. I like the automatic email feature for updating the status. Saves a lot of time and energy not having to double my notes on tickets.
Negative: Nothing really stands out as a con for me as far as using this. If I had to list one I would prefer a locally installed application to a web based system.
