    Summary: Yodel.io is a platform to makes VoIP calling for customers and teams. We used this tool with Slack app integration and overall very positive experience. It performs calling direct from the Slack channel.

    Positive: #1- It supports Slack, Drift, Microsoft Teams and other integrations.
    #2- The user interface is simple and easy to understand.
    #3- Easy to Configure platform.

    Summary: It's great and super affordable which i think is very important for small businesses when they need support.

    Positive: I really like how it is set up so a team can use it. Love how a central number can be used by a whole team.

    Negative: The mobile app does not have a ton of features so it's limited.

    A must have software for phone systems

    Summary: I'd definitely recommend Yodel especially because it's very affordable to get for any businesses of any size.

    Positive: It's been super nice to be able to streamline our phone calls. It's reduced our answering significantly and reduced unwanted calls

    Negative: It was a little challenging to implement at first but once we figured it out it's been awesome.
